We specialise in the use of drones (unmanned aerial systems / UAS) enabling us to provide detailed imagery and evidence of roof integrity failings and/or imperfections, in a manner that is safer, quicker and cheaper than traditional methods.
We hold permissions from the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority), are fully insured and follow strict H&S procedures.
Point Cloud

While working on the renovation of a historic building or a location requiring a critical understanding of the existing job site, point clouds can be used to obtain a 3D model of the existing structure.

An Orthomosaic is a high-resolution aerial image taken by a UAS. When stitched together using a process called orthorectification, these images can be used to create a highly detailed, distortion-free map — and enhance the visibility of details that may not be visible using more common photogrammetry techniques

An infrared thermographic survey is a non-invasive thermal inspection of buildings thermal performance and efficiency.
Our surveys can help diagnose thermal anomalies such as water ingress, damp, heat loss, air infiltration, cold bridging, and defective insulation, potentially not visible to the human eye.
Roof Checker provides Asbestos Testing Services.
Our specialist team are both Cat A (Awareness) and Cat B ( Non-Licensed Asbestos Works) qualified.
Our samples are tested in a dedicated UKAS laboratory to ensure compliance and efficient turnaround on results.
